David, who originally comes from Australia, has worked for over 30 years within the Hospitality industry both internationally and within the UK, of which almost 25 years predominantly within the Hospitality IT Sector. His experience has encompassed most of the industry, from large hotel groups such as IHG & Millennium, management companies such as Bespoke Hotels through to boutique hotel groups such as Red Carnation Hotel Collection.
Whilst he has seen, experienced and contributed to much change in the industry over the years, it is its vitality and desire to constantly keep changing and meeting/ neigh trying to exceed its guest’s expectations that keep him motivated and excited by the industry and its use of technology.
He has recently taken the role of I.T. Director UK & Europe for Millennium Hotels & Resorts and sits on the Board of the UK Hospitality Professionals Association (HOSPA) as well as leading the technology community of that organisation.

Jean-François therefore works both at head count level, coordinating with success pan EMEA Strategic Accounts’ recruitment and related sales activities; and at sub regional level, managing with business acumen sales activities in Middle East and Western Africa, with a sound and experienced technical and sales team.

Mary is a sales-focused, business-to-business technology marketing executive who has successfully built global marketing teams responsible for driving brand awareness, enabling audience engagement and achieving scale with channel partners. She is responsible for leading the Cambium global marketing team in supporting the company growth initiatives.
Previously she was vice president of global marketing for Ruckus Networks, a premium provider of wireless infrastructure to enterprises and managed network service providers, where she served from 2015 to 2019 when Ruckus was acquired by CommScope, Inc. Mary was at HP Enterprise from 2003 to 2015 and held numerous marketing leadership positions including senior director of content strategy and programs, director of integrated marketing and global campaigns. Prior to HP she served in solutions marketing roles in Compaq Computer. Her early experience includes a strong record as an outside sales representative.
Rad Sethuraman
VP of Product Line Management
Rad Sethuraman brings over 25 years of experience in product development, product management and business development to his current role as Vice President of Product Management at Cambium Networks. He is responsible for product & business strategy and execution for Cambium Cloud Management and Enterprise Wi-Fi and switching solutions.

Prior to Cambium, Rad was Senior Director of Product Management at Cisco Systems Enterprise Networking Business. He led the Product Management and Technical Marketing teams for Cisco’s Enterprise Wireless Business. As the Wi-Fi leader, he was responsible for product strategy and execution for Cisco’s $2.2B Enterprise Wi-Fi portfolio. He spearheaded Cisco’s pioneering efforts in Wi-Fi Location Based Services with Cisco CMX. He also incubated the initiatives around Network Analytics that resulted in Cisco’s DNA Assurance solution.
Vibhu Vivek
Senior Vice President of Products
Vibhu Vivek has more than 20 years of experience building leading edge wireless, networking and security products for enterprises and service providers.
Most recently, Vibhu served as vice president of engineering for the Enterprise Network and Communications Business Unit within Motorola Solutions. He was responsible for the vision, technology and product development of the company’s WLAN portfolio, successfully doubling the business for the WLAN product during his tenure.
